Live Girls! Theater was in the process of moving into a much larger theater space and needed to significantly increase their annual revenues. The Shunpike helped Live Girls! staff and advisory board tackle this transition by helping them manage their cash flow between productions and fundraisers, and by developing an annual budget that maximized the revenue potential of their new home. Within a single year, Live Girls! was exceeding budget expectations through a stable mix of strong productions, space rental, and successful fundraising.
