The Partner Artists program is ideal for arts groups and projects that want a partner to help them manage the business side of art – and know that their project, group, or organization is running smoothly and accountably.

Services

Shunpike is committed to flexible and dynamic partnerships with arts groups and projects of all sizes. Partner Artists receive a full menu of back-office services and support in general administration, including:

  • Fiscal sponsorship
  • Grants and donor coordination
  • Bookkeeping, including financial reports
  • Tax reporting
  • License and permit tracking and reporting
  • Payroll, benefits administration and human resource management
  • Support and guidance in legal issues and documents
  • Help with procuring appropriate insurance policies
  • Free and discounted consultation in finance, fundraising, evaluation, and advisory board development
  • Access to online library of helpful tools and templates

Fees

Partner Artist fees are 10% of all revenue with a $100 annual contract fee.
