Are you looking for a simple fiscal sponsorship solution? Shunpike provides basic fiscal sponsorship to arts groups or projects that need the benefits of 501(c)(3) status, but are comfortable doing their own accounting, tax reporting and procuring their own licenses and permits.
Shunpike fiscally sponsors a broad array of arts groups and projects that are:
First, become a member of Shunpike to gain access to resources that will strengthen your project or group. Group Membership is required of all fiscal sponsorship applicants.
Once your Shunpike Group Membership is in place, a Shunpike staffer will send you copies of our Fiscal Sponsorship Application Forms. The application asks for information on your project or group, along with your financial and fundraising goals.
If you have questions about the application process, please contact a Shunpike staffer. While we are selective, we want you to submit the best application you can. Incomplete applications will not be considered.
Shunpike’s next application deadline is April 1st, 2014.
You will hear about the status of your application by the end of the month in which you apply.
In our Partner Artist program, we provide arts groups with comprehensive back-office services and support – in addition to fiscal sponsorship.
