Girlworld is a documentary film exploring the crucial link between girls’ education and the fight against poverty in the developing world. The film will take the form of an intimate, long-term portrait of three girls in Nepal as they struggle to get an education. The jumping off point is the filmmakers’ conviction that educating girls is the best thing we can do in the world.
Girlworld has been a Shunpike affiliated group since April 2010.
