Factory Party Tomorrow! RSVP Today!
Join us at the Shunpike's third annual Factory Party!
Once again, the Shunpike takes you back to 1970s New York, where the artists were the art, the vibe was DIY and the dress was retro even before it had been worn the first time. Most important were the parties, where the glamorous, the hip and the creative mingled and collaborated until the break of dawn.

Accountability & the Arts: Shoestring Marketing & Budget PR
The Shunpike is excited to announce the next installment of their successful Accountability & the Arts series. Shoestring Marketing & Budget PR will be held Monday, November 12th at 7pm in the Seattle Center House. This session will explore techniques for effective marketing with limited resources, featuring local PR consultant Jennifer Rice.
Getting the word out about projects and presentations in the arts can be difficult when time and money are of the essence. There are many methods and strategies for communicating with the community. It is important for arts organizations of all sizes and kinds to determine what marketing resources they have on hand and how to maximize their public relations. Jennifer Rice has worked as a Public Relations specialist with 5th Avenue Theatre, ACT, and Langston Hughes Cultural Arts Center. She recently founded her own independent firm, Rice Public Relations, and is dedicated to finding affordable publicity solutions for small arts organizations.
