• Shunpike’s Arts Business Clinic, where anyone can take advantage of low-cost personalized strategy sessions

•  Washington Lawyers for the Arts provides low-cost Arts Legal Clinics

• Shunpike’s Arts Space Google Group – this group has been set up to connect artists to each other to discuss their search for space. You will need a Google account to sign in to the group.

Listings

• The Commercial Brokers Association, which allows searches by neighborhood and square footage

• Craigslist, where you can search under Housing/Office & Commercial with search terms “art,” “studio,” and/or “share”

• ActivSpace – which has locations in Ballard, Phinney, Fremont, Lake City and West Seattle – for short- or long-term rental

• Artist Trust’s Opportunities page is a great place to find studio shares and other opportunities. Filter by “Work Space & Housing”

• Downloadable list of live-work spaces (pdf). The list is ever-changing, so please check with property managers for current status.
